1. Using Huaye

Huaye provides tools that help creators prepare and publish original content to supported platforms. You must be legally able to use the service and provide accurate account information.

2. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Huaye a limited permission to host, process, and transmit content only as needed to provide the features you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that you own or have permission to use all video, audio, images, trademarks, and other material you submit.

3. Connected platforms

Publishing through TikTok is also governed by TikTok’s terms, policies, technical limits, and review decisions. Huaye is an independent service and is not TikTok or an official representative of TikTok.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Do not use Huaye for spam, coordinated abuse, unauthorized automation, or attempts to bypass platform limits.
• Do not interfere with the service or access another user’s account or data.

5. Availability

Platform APIs may delay, reject, review, or remove content. We work to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or a specific publishing result.

6. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect users, platforms, Huaye, or the public, or when these terms are materially violated.
